Good spot outside of major areas, about 10 minutes from good Mexican food and 30-40 minutes from local attractions. The grounds are very clean and neatly maintained. The clubhouse also has a very clean facilities for cooking, bathing, and restroom use.

I believe they just transferred ownership and are doing some very good things around the park including some plus size lots and mini pergolas. Pool is always clean and full facilities available.
