First time I had come into an RV Park after hours and the site manager (Debbie) and staff were there to welcome me; led me to the location to take off my tow car, opened the office, took payment, and led me to my site - all to say WELCOME! These good people just warmed us with kindness. This is a rare place. Recommend them to all!!!

Been here for a month, we plan on staying until January. Debbie the Mgr has been super nice and helpful to us. There are a lot of permanent residents but they have plenty of nice sites for transit travelers. The park is super clean and was easy to menuver our 41 toyhauler. There is construction on hwy 54 in front of the park but it hardly noticeable in our coach. I am very glad we found this great park.

I'm giving this park a 5 star rating not because of the park because they don't offer anything others in the area don't, but what they do seem to have that a lot of parks like this one don't have is the people who live and stay there. By far in my opinion in the top 5 for the community of people

We love ducky’s . We stay here every time we have to work in Tampa . This year we could only stay a month and it just wasn’t long enough. Maybe next time we will get to stay longer . The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The snow birds are friendly. Love the new frisbee golf and dog park. Can’t wait to see you guys again
